So, we built Southeast Asia’s Premium Creative Directory & Creator Management Platform where up until today 1,500+ brands/agencies in 4 countries have connected with 7,000+ content creators on 22,000+ projects valued at US$25Million+.
Over time, however, we’ve come to realize that there were many other problems the creative industry faces:
• Clients are now also looking for creators to support their e-commerce ambitions 
• Clients frequently pay creators 90+ working days after a project starts
• Creators are looking for Talent Management support to further help grow their revenue opportunities 
• Creative education & accreditation are almost non-existent.
Problems that we as a company now also want to help solve with our new Social Commerce, Creator Financing & Private Creator Community, with the ultimate goal being to help foster a thriving creative and media industry in Southeast Asia & beyond.
To help us do this, we’re looking for an amazing Director of Network who is as passionate as we are about fixing the creative industry and to be a part of a team building the next game changing product for the creator economy.
What You’ll Do
Network staff ensures the level of creators that appear on the directory is of the highest quality to deliver content seamlessly again and again to our clients (brands & agencies). 
Our drive to form and maintain relationships with creators has been key to our success to date.
• Lead and train a team of Sales & Retention staff ensuring targets are achieved.
• Manage new business development, develop account strategies, and drive the deal flow of premium subscriptions while also focusing on the retention of existing creators.
• Contribute to the creator network growth & retention by working closely with the head of • Network to develop and execute the strategy of creative talents across 
– Media: influencers and publishers.
– Strategic Services: strategists, creatives, researchers, tech experts.
– Content Producers: writers, designers, videographers and photographers.
• Ensure the quality of creators joining the network via a strict quality control process remains at a high level.
• Determine network growth opportunities by mapping the Indonesian communications industry.
• Engage the creator community and maintain senior creator relationships.
• Conduct training sessions and business reviews with creators to update them on industry best practices and product innovations.
• Serve as the voice of creators in providing input to the Product Team.
You’d Be A Great Fit If You:
• Have at least 8 years relevant experience in sales or marketing and are from a creative, media or advertising background.
• Have a wide personal network of creative experts across the focused industries
• Are target-driven and highly ambitious.
• Have an interest in the creator economy and where emerging technologies can help empower creators.
• Have strong analytical skills and proficiency in spreadsheets (GDocs) & CRM tools (Hubspot).
• Have strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Are a creative thinker and a hustler.
• Are a strong team player, excited to work in a startup environment.
• Are proficient in written Bahasa Indonesia and spoken English.
• Full remote working (from home), before and after the pandemic, can work from GetCraft offices too (Jakarta, Bali, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, or Manila)
• Competitive salary (PPH 21 Government Tax covered) varies between IDR 20-30 million per month  (based on skills and experiences)
