Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Minimum Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, or related majors with at least 2-3 years’ of marketing partnership or loyalty marketing experience in the F&B or tech based company.
• Possess exceptional verbal and written communication with strong negotiation skill.
• Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally. • Agile and strong problem-solving skills with creative mindset.
• Knowledge & Experience in overseas partnership
Job Role:
• Achieve our commercial partnership targets by seeking, evaluating and developing partnerships programs with other Food Aggregators, E-wallet, and Delivery Services companies through identification of new potential partners and then proactively handle cold outbound communications and lead generation.
• Creating relationships with decision makers from key organizations in the assigned partnership sectors. Negotiating contracts and closing deals that result in maximum value for both partners and the company
• Managing complex and detailed KPI’s and reports Gathering and utilizing insights and data to troubleshoot partnerships
• Partner up with internal cross-functional teams by understanding the partnership goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign
• Leveraging technical tools and quantitative data to devise campaigns that succeed and promotion continuity
• Work closely with internal stakeholders with Finance & Legal with contracting, invoicing and necessary paperwork
• Adhering to established processes and workflows with regards to campaign set-up, creative requests, campaign management and any troubleshooting when necessary
• Ensure maintenance of superior customer service levels, operational excellence and strategic insights
