To help support us in making this happen, we are looking for an Account Manager for Indonesia market, who is as passionate as we are about fixing the creative industry, and in turn can help imbue this passion into the teams who directly liaise with clients on a daily basis.
In this role, you will work directly with Account Director and lead a team of account associates to manage and grow business from your Client portfolios by providing marketing solutions from GetCraft’s vetted network of over 7,000+ marketing, creative and media providers, along with the technology that allows us and the client to find, brief, and manage creators and projects online. Also, you will closely coordinate with the Sales Team whose main role is bringing in new Clients and business for the company, which then will be handovered to you to manage and grow.
This role requires strong Client management and development work, where you need to consult the Client and identify marketing communications challenges where they need support, offer them the right solutions, and help them in implementing the solutions. Hence, together with the Account Director, you will work with senior marketers, procurements, and decision makers in the client’s marketing team and agencies and consult them to do more cost effective marketing, which are sought after by many marketing leaders.
In this role, you will also work and supervise your Account associate to ensure all the services procured are delivered to the highest standard based on the requirement and budget from the Client.
The success of your role will be measured by the business growth of your existing Clients, which includes revenue target, nurturing and growing the Client’s spend, up to retaining the Clients through applying Client Retention Strategy. For this, you can and will need to mobilize and coordinate support from the strategy and creative network team in building business proposals, recommending the right creators and partners from our network.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management in agencies / media / advertising / B2B SaaS
• Goal oriented as you will have revenue growth target
• A strong team player and excited to work in a startup environment
• Take pride in not simply selling but helping your clients become successful
• Highly organized and a strong coordinator with project management experienc
KPI’s
• Help the company achieve its overall client side revenue targets from growing the existing Client base
• Help ensure your Account Team achieve all their sales operational targets
• Achieve individual and team’s revenue targets
• Run Client relationship management and development work to keep the Client’s retention rate high, i.e. through Quarterly Business Review, Marketing Training, Platform Training.
• Work closely with VP Sales & Account Director to up-skill the Account Team to become the best in class marketing consultants
• Work closely with the Strategy Team when needed to build high level business / strategy proposals that allow you to successfully upsell our solutions to your existing clients.
• Help to craft what our solutions will look like for your Clients in the medium to long term, so we can build a more recurring / retainer business relationship with our existing clients.
• Work closely with the Network Team to ensure the Production Team & GetCraft Network can deliver the solutions your clients are looking for
• Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure all new businesses won have seamless handover, so you can run strong delivery and client handling for future business growth
