• Create and develop company marketing and communication strategic planning to align with business goals for digital and non-digital platforms.
• Responsible for the marketing team from planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Make communication & plan/joint strategy and carry out activities in line with overall company direction and marketing strategy approved by management.
• Conduct & improve program communication & socialization (for internal & external)
• Conduct and manage media events (press conferences, media visits)
• Manage a positive public image and control the dissemination of company information.
• Liaise with the media and handle requests for interviews and statements.
• Collaborating with internal parties to create good communication with all employees and partners.
• Coordinate with supervisors and external parties if needed.
• Coordinate with fellow co-workers to support operational achievement.
• Have the ability to be able to carry out new tasks and functions according to business needs.
Competences :
• Have the ability to communicate well to internal and external parties by formal and informal.
• Have the ability to create company formal communication such as press releases, press conferences, etc.
• Able to work independently (knowing priorities and time management) in a fast paced and demanding environment to meet deadlines.
• Have the ability to convey information orally or in writing well and clearly.
• Have the ability to speak English in the aspects of reading, listening, and speaking.

Criteria :
• Students of all majors with a minimum of 5 semesters. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. (preferably communication/marketing knowledge).
• Have a minimum experience of 6 months in Public Relations or mass media.
• Have the ability to be able to work online such as the availability of internet, communication tools, and a laptop or computer.
• Have an interest in the startup world, waste management, environment, and sustainability.
• Willing to commit for three months to work with AGEV and willing to be extended if needed.
