✨MyEduSolve strives to empower Indonesian workforce through digital literacy. We provide trainings and certifications in digital skills to equip people with sufficient skills and credibility to enter the industry.

✨We participate in Kampus Merdeka program organized by the Indonesian Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education by establishing Studi Independen MyEduSolve program—#FutureReady: Future-Skills and Career-Ready with MyEduSolve. Not only we provide the students with digital skills across various tracks, but we also facilitate them with career mentoring to better guide them to their dream career in their respective fields.

To put it simply, as a career coach, you will help the students to be #CareerReady by guiding the students starting from knowing about themselves, setting goals, developing 21st century soft skills, personal branding, as well as preparing them for job application.

• Work alongside with other career coaches to create stimulating and practical modules for group mentoring

• Conduct fun, interactive, and insightful weekly group mentoring

• Provide intensive and personalized guidance through 1on1 mentoring regarding the topic of interest and help the students to resolve their concerns

• Improve students motivation in reaching their goals and participating in the program by proactively identify problems and feedback from the students

• Track, update, and record students progress and performance quantitatively and qualitatively

• Passion and experience in people development such as self-growth, job search, and academic. Background in Psychology, Humanistic, and/or HR will be a plus.

• Knowledge in psychometric/personality tests. You will need to interpret the test results to the students.

• Experience in recruitment and knowledge on tips to pass various recruitment processes (how to make a good CV, how to answer job interview questions, how to make an appealing cover letter…).

• High empathy and great communication skills. You will spend most of your time talking to students and fellow career coaches, so you need to be comfortable sharing, motivate, and discuss about the topic of interest with them.

• Growth mindset. You are always willing to learn and improve. You tend to evaluate how things are done and think of solutions to get things done more effectively.

• Good time management. You will be working based on your schedule, so you will need to organize your time accordingly.

• Creativity. You will need to create modules and engaging in-class activities. It will be a helpful if you know about websites that will be useful for the in-class activities.

• Broad knowledge. You will deal with students from different kinds of background with different interests. You will need to give suggestions or ideas in terms of their academic, too.

• Good sense of humor! Definitely very helpful to create bonds and be relatable to the young souls.
