We understand that good quality employees start from proper selections, and to ensure that for the long haul, we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager. You will be part of our People Management team, focusing on maintaining our ever-growing Talent Acquisition team
What will you do:
• Translating business plan into manpower planning and hiring strategy, to see eye to eye with division’s leaders regarding positions fulfillment
• Shape and lead our hiring practices, ensuring scalability as we continue to accelerate our hiring and use data insights to shape current and future hiring goals and initiatives
• Manage a highly-skilled recruitment team to deliver exceptionally efficient hiring process and talent management agendas, ranging from engineering recruiters, sales recruiters, to back office recruiters
• Partnering with hiring supervisors to understand their hiring needs and proactively looking for opportunities to find talent for their respective positions.
• Create development strategy for our junior recruiters so they can make the best out of their learning experience
• Responsible in covering the headcounts of several seasoned positions and call the shots in choosing the right candidate
• Contributing to the continual improvement of our hiring process by bringing creative ideas to the table
What will you need:
• At least 8 to 10 years experience in Recruitment, and if those years are spent in startups will be a plus
• Demonstrable experience in recruiting across multiple roles and disciplines including • Engineering, Sales, and Back office
• Experience in recruiting manager level employee and above
• A data-centric approach to recruitment, adept at managing change supported by recruitment data and reporting
