You don’t just wait for briefs, you proactively make suggestions and embrace planning to ensure a strong content calendar. You are excited to write content for different audiences, for different platforms, and enjoy long-form content as well as great social media writing.

You’re not afraid of asking how many eyeballs your blog boat generated or how many downloads your ebook has achieved. You are a great communicator and planner and love to help a team of like-minded marketing experts achieve their goals.

You will work with a team including paid media, designers, campaign managers, and product marketing managers. You will craft a thoughtful and clear story about Whispir, driving awareness, engagement and demand generation amongst our target personas.

• Write blog posts, ebooks, white papers, customer case studies, emails nurtures, & more 

• Execute against our quarterly content calendar based on upcoming product roadmap, target audience campaigns, and sales priorities

• Research topics, develop cogent ideas that will be compelling and make us standout from the competition

• Proofread, edit, revise, and rewrite existing content

• Use SEMRush to inform your content writing and SEO optimization

• Publish online and optimize content for SEO, readability, UX

• Help review and remediate content for consistent tone, linking strategy and meta details

• Skilled online writer and editor (3+ years of experience required)

• Thrive and enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

• Knowledge of SEO best practices with respect to content structure and publication

• Experience with writing ebooks, white papers, blog content, email campaigns, and social media posts

• Proficiency in research and an interest in learning technical material

• Able to use photoshop, Canva, and social media publishing tools

• Other multimedia experience

• Competitive salary commensurate with experience (salary range: $75K-$95K Total Comp (base+variable))
