Campaign.com is the Indonesian-based social startup responsible for Google Play’s Indonesia Best App for Good 2020. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated end-to-end Senior Product Manager that can help our team defining product vision and leading the development throughout the Product Life Cycle of our Campaign #ForChange app!

The ideal candidate also needs to have a strong passion for social issues and a strong track record of working in a fully remote team. The ideal candidate is also an effective communicator and highly adaptable to a fully remote working environment.

• Leading the research and analysis of the competitive landscape, customers, product metrics then build the product vision and execute on the prioritized roadmap.

• Seek product ideas and feedback from stakeholders, gather requirements, write specs and workflows.    

• Define, track, and analyze key metrics to drive product growth

Working closely with engineering, marketing, operations, and external stakeholders to implement new features and enhancements.

• Have a minimum of 5 years experience in managing a product.

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or technical field is preferred.

• High proficiency in communication skills, written and spoken, and are a confident communicator.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong intuitions of user behaviors

• Passionate and can influence the team to work together effectively toward the same goal

• Comfortable working in a face-paced environment and agile software development process

• A data-driven approach to decision making

• A strong drive to make things happen.
