Social-Emotional Learning
The Hyouman believes that education isn’t always about the world’s hard knowledge. We believe that education must also support a child’s social and emotional learning to ensure they live their life happily and successfully. That’s why we educate students on the necessary knowledge, skills and attitude to recognize and manage their thoughts and feelings, to develop both their relationships with others and themselves. Currently, we are seeking to increase our team with people who share the same vision to continuously support us in improving education.
Framework Maker (Intern)
Job Description:
• Conduct research and updates regarding the Social-Emotional Learning for the clients’ age group.
• Participate in the brainstorming sessions with the Mindful Me (The Hyouman’s very own SEL subject) team to prepare the frameworks.
• Document proposed Mindful Me frameworks.
• Conduct research and updates on the different platforms and tools for learning.
• Make a presentation and other learning materials related to the assigned framework.
• Share made materials to the Mindful Developer and other team members for feedback and improvement.
Qualifications:
• Have knowledge in the Social Emotional Learning (SEL) field.
• Experience in creating frameworks and lesson plans.
• Familiar with Google Workspace.
• Have graduated or are currently attending at least Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Psychology background).
• Proactive, good communication skills, and independent.
• Comfortable with an English working environment.
Graphic Designer (Intern)
Job Description:
• Prepare presentation materials related to the assigned framework.
• Design the workbook/journal for the social-emotional learning class.
• Design all materials related to the SEL Department
Qualifications:
• Have knowledge in the Social Emotional Learning (SEL) field.
• Experience with design tools (Canva, Corel Draw, Figma, Adobe Photoshop and/or etc…) .
• Familiar with Google Workspace.
• Have graduated or are currently attending at least Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Design background).
• Interested in Educational Psychology.
• Proactive, good communication skills, and independent.
• Comfortable with an English working environment.
