Seeking a skilled junior to midlevel graphic designer to join our small collaborative team at dentsu McGarryBowen to work with a wide variety of clients on campaign creative. Clients include FTX (crypto), Crayola, Proctor & Gamble, Clorox (Kingsford, Hidden Valley Ranch, Burt’s Bees) and others. dentsuMB is a global creative agency delivering idea-led brand transformation at scale. • Responsible for the visual tone, appearance, functionality, and overall aesthetic of deliverables. Designers are an integral part of the creative process, crafting and up leveling the creative output on everything they touch.

• Ideate and execute a variety of design solutions

• Deliver visually striking and exciting designs in all applications

• Support design team across print, digital, TVC, fabrication, and environmental projects

• Support print production process when needed to prep files for fabrication

• Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines

• Contributes to overall office morale, spirit, character, and work quality

• Must possess 2+ years’ experience as a graphic designer

• Fluent in design software, primarily the Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong portfolio demonstrating modern aesthetic, clean typography, versatile designs, and attention to detail for a range of project/clients

• Passionate and curious about design and its everchanging landscape

• Ability to successfully manage time, process, and workflow

• Organized and able to file work in a manner that allows collaboration with the team

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas in a clear manner and discuss feedback

• Experience with 3D software is a plus
