Position Summary 
Array is looking for a dynamic Freelance Graphic Designer with a passion for designing across multiple digital platforms. You will partner with our marketing team to help drive Array’s brand creative and drive cohesiveness within all forms of creative that live across all consumer and customer channels. 
Job Responsibilities: 
• Design digital assets that support social media marketing initiatives across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. 
• Design D2C (consumer) and B2B (customer) emails and newsletters. 
• Produce a broad range of deliverables, including layouts, graphics, and templates
• Produce short form social videos as needed
• Maintain an organized archive of all artwork files
• Work collaboratively with other team members
• Stay up to date with social media and behavioral healthcare trends
• An ability to present concepts and follow through to completion
Job Requirements: 
• 3-5 Years as a Graphic Designer at a top-tier design studio, ad agency, or healthcare brand
• Clean and sophisticated design aesthetic
• Master of all foundational design principles including hierarchy, typography, and layout
• A keen eye for design and a deep understanding of designing for social media
• Expert experience with Adobe Creative Suite. Experience and fluency with photography, retouching, and illustration
• A highly collaborative team player, who is open to input from all sources, and knows how to receive and act on the given creative direction; always ready to offer up recommendations that will result in the best holistic solution
• Solution-oriented, proactive, and team-spirited
• An expert communicator, both written and oral; presentation skills are important
• Humble, empathetic, and hard-working; able to explain and speak to their creative rationale with integrity and open-mindedness
