ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be part of the Onboarding team and play a key role in turning our customer experience into the best in the market.
Your mission will be to help new clients have the best onboarding experience with Aspire. 
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Deliver smooth onboarding to newly signed up leads and turn them into active customers
• Understand customers’ business and finance needs, and be able to provide tailored consultation 
• Develop professional relationships and take ownership of our top customers 
• Help customers who face any problems during registration and activation
• Be responsible for customer experience metrics along the early stage of the customer journey
YOUR PROFILE
• Passionate about customer experience and entrepreneurship 
• 3-7 years work experience in customer success, inside sales, or similar role; preferably as team leader in a startup, tech or finance company
• Adaptable and not afraid to push the boundaries to put your customers first
• Knowledgeable about best practices in onboarding, account management & activation
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills – both verbal and written
• Positive & get-it-done attitude
• Business fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus, but not mandatory
