About Job:
InEvent is looking for a digital-savvy Community and Social Media Team Leader, who will manage our online voice and build brand awareness and loyalty. Your focus will be not only on the social media brand’s content but also on developing our digital community, increasing the engagement with our customers and leads.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan and oversee the creation of the social media content calendar for each channel including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube and TikTok: scheduling, posting frequency and formats of content;
• Analyse the target audience behavior and define the marketing strategies on social networks, creating, carrying out and monitoring KPI’s;
• Monitor publications – see the most important metrics for each social network;
• Analyse competition and monitor posts and news from around the world. This is ideal for staying on top of relevant trends in the industry;
• Build and maintain a healthy relationship with our followers;
• Grow our online community through exclusive content, campaigns and events, in partnership with the events team;
• Work alongside the team as a player-coach, comfortable and willing to execute down to the smallest detail;
• Build and maintain partnerships with digital influencers to increase our brand reach using social media content;
• Manage negative comments and crises online.
 
PRE-REQUISITES
• 5+ years of social media management experience;
• Experience managing a small team is a plus;
• Fluent in English;
• Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal; 
• A degree in communication, marketing, or related field;
• Knowledge of SproutSocial and similar programs to manage online postings on different platforms;
• Knowledge of marketing trends and techniques;
• Multitasker with superb time management skills.
