Also you will be maintain & monitor employee information in the human resources information system (HRIS) and ensures data is accurate, also interprets results to assist in planning, developing, and suggesting human resource management decisions used for staffing, productivity, training, etc.

What you’ll do
• Maintain HR data tools, reporting, and dashboards.
• Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and also customized HR reports.
• Respond to HR data requests on an ad hoc basis by gathering, analyzing, and reporting relevant data from various sources.
• Maintain HR data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of HR data or system and troubleshoot irregularities.
• Responsible for addressing a high volume of system-related activities in a timely fashion while maintaining a high level of quality and internal customer satisfaction.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Contributes to all Human Resources projects related to data & system.
What you’ll need 
• Bachelor degree is required, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a HR data & Analytics role.
• A comprehensive and proven HR experience in a fast-paced, collaborative working environtment.
• Experience with statistical modeling and descriptive statistics.
• Knowledge of data, reporting, and analytics.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational need, and develop integrated, creative solutions.
• Good English communication skills.
