About Work:
We’re looking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our Content team and produce high-quality graphic design work and complete artworking tasks across a wide range of Mind Tools assets. You’ll be proactive and willing to learn, with high standards, creative flair and a keen eye for detail. You’ll be part of the content team, but you’ll also work closely with designers in the marketing team and liaise with UX, product and other teams when required. 
Day to day we’ll trust you to:   
• Deliver the design work required to create and maintain our high-quality content across all formats: articles and blogs, images, diagrams, infographics, interactive workbooks, videos, web assets and animations.
• Work with the content team to refresh older content and bring it into line with the current brand identity and visual language.
• Support the marketing and client teams to create consistent, appealing and on-brand assets and collateral.
• Develop and apply your understanding of user needs, adopting effective UX and usability principles.
• Collaborate with others to help devise and produce new content formats and packages.
You’ll need to have:   
• Solid graphic design and artworking experience
• Excellent InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat skills
• Experience of designing for web, mobile and offline 
• Strong communication skills 
• Attention to detail and accuracy 
• Self-motivated, highly organised and able to work to deadlines  
• Ability to manage own workload but ask for guidance when it’s needed
• Organisational skills that support the rest of the team, including following file management and naming conventions
• Open-mindedness and a willingness to give and accept feedback
• Understanding of UX and usability principles 
• Creative and imaginative but also able to follow a brief
